In the fourth episode of JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 「The Story of Manager Kim who works at a large company in Seoul」, which aired on the 2nd, Kim Nak-soo (Ryu Seung-ryong) was demoted after failing to keep his position as the sales team manager, leaving a bitterness on the small screen. The nationwide audience rating was 3.4 percent (based on Nielsen Korea).
Kim Nak-su held out with pride until the end, inviting Baek Jung-tae (played by Yoo Seung-mok) to his house for promotion, but personnel appointments had already been decided. He begged, saying, `I'm still useful,' but was eventually informed to go down to the management position of the Asan plant.
Kim Nak-soo, who has devoted himself to the company with his family behind him, eventually swallowed his sadness by himself at the reality of being demoted.
Meanwhile, Kim Nak-su's son Su-gyeom (played by Cha Kang-yoon) joined startup 'Jealous My Power' as a CDO, marking a new beginning. Su-gyeom received his own office, plaque, and expressed his ambition to break the shell of employees, raising expectations for his future performance.
The fifth episode of `The Story of Manager Kim, who works at a large company in Seoul,' will air at 10:40 p.m. on the 8th.
