Hoshi & Woozi Discuss New Album 'BEAM' and Collaboration

Hoshi X Woozi, a friend of the same age of the group Seventeen, will release his first e-English 'BEAM' at 6 p.m. on the 10th. All songs, including the title song, were completed with the participation of two people. They are expected to leap to the '96 line representative ' with originality and self-love in the new report.
Two music video teaser videos released sequentially from the 8th to the 9th showed some of the new song's sound source and performance, raising expectations for Hoshi X Woozi's performance to the highest level.

Hoshi: I've always been close to Woozi since I was young. I've been thinking that I'd like to do unit activities together someday, and I'm excited to play 'BEAM' for you like this. It contains the music that we want to do, so we're going to enjoy the performance.
Woo-ji: I'm happy to release the news with my best friend in my life. I had a lot of fun working on it, and I think that's how honest the album was.

Hoshi: 'It's really our song!I thought '. Woozi and I dance and play together when our favorite song comes out. I worked on the new songs with my true love for music.
Q. How do you collaborate with Bull Yoon, who is frontperson of the band Se So! YoON! and is a solo artist?
Woozi: It was when I was working on track 1 'PINOCCHIO (feat. So! YoON!)'. I asked Hwang So-yoon to collaborate because I thought it would be good for a female vocalist who has a very good feeling to participate. He was willing and very quick. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to Hwang So-yoon.
Q. In the course of 'BEAM', the new aspects of each other and the unique areas that you want to show are
Hoshi: Woozi's production ability is already well known. He's not only good at making music, but he's also very good at dancing. He's a real hexagonal idol! During this promotion, I'll take out Woozi's inner thoughts. I want to show you a more free and enjoying music that is different from the previous BSS album.
Woo-ji: It's too long to see each other to find a new side in Hoshi. The images I saw while working on the newsletter were also all very well known. I don't think there's anything special about me. I was embarrassed and burdened, but I'm just doing my best as always.

Hoshi: I like the jacket photo. I'd like to thank the staff for taking great pictures. You did a great job with my face. ♥
Woozi: I think it's worth complimenting you for working hard. As it's an album released with my best friend, I think it's good to have fun memories.
Q. The strength of the person who had a good influence on you is
Hoshi: Woozi's tenacity to sell only one place when he's hooked on anything, and his always wise and sometimes cool-headed choice gives me inspiration and learning.
Woozi: To me, Hoshi is the person who is most closely connected to the word 'Superstar'. Hoshi's passion is a big part of the power that makes me move.
Q. From my trainee days to now, if there's any experience or reason that made me love or believe in myself more
Hoshi: It's CARAT. Fandom name. I gained strength from watching CARAT who trust and love me more than myself.
Woozi: When the members need me, I feel like they trust me and think about me a lot. I feel like those moments become BEAMs to myself.
Q. How did SEVENTEEN members react to "BEAM"
Hoshi: I played the new song to the members in advance. Everyone liked it very much and cheered me on, "'The music is better than I expected' and ' Go tear up the stage and come back'.
