Actress Um Ji-won revealed her diet plan.

On the 22nd, Um Ji-won's YouTube channel is 'Um Ji-won's secret to keeping in shape. A video titled 'Managing the Diet on the Set' was uploaded.

In the video, Um Ji-won's KBS2 weekend drama 'Please take care of the 5 Eagle brothers!While filming ', he was seen eating his lunch box.




The lunch box was full of healthy vegetables and fruits. Um Ji-won prepared a diet of blanched cabbage, broccoli, beets, carrots, and eggs seasoned with only perilla oil and salt. I also ate it with walnuts and pine nuts.

Um Ji-won, who always maintains a slim body, said, `My secret to staying in shape is healthy vegetables. It's all organic. It's really yummy. You have to eat vegetables so you don't gain weight,' he told the tip.

Um Ji-won also packed apples, cucumbers, and sweet potatoes in a lunch box the next day. He says "I think it's important for people to eat, sleep, stress, alcohol, cigarettes, and exercise. I pay more attention to food management, especially during filming."
