YouTuber Aoak (33, real name Kim Min-young) was virtually ruled in favor of a legal dispute over the exposure of medical damage filed against the hospital. In response to Aopak's claim, the court judged that it was not a false fact, and all claims for damages of 1.3 billion won filed by the hospital were rejected.

According to the legal community on the 16th, the Seoul Central District Court rejected all claims from the hospital in a lawsuit filed by a dermatology hospital in Gangnam. However, only Seo Joo-won, the ex-husband of Aotak, who cursed at the hospital, was liable for damages of 2 million won.

The incident began in 2021 when Aopak released "Blood all over his body from the health injection he received at the hospital through SNS and YouTube channels." At the time, he claimed that `Although serious side effects occurred after the procedure, the hospital did not compensate properly or apologize.'




In response, the hospital filed a large amount of damages, claiming that 11 claims of Aotak were false, saying "Founded". However, the court said "It is hard to say that the allegations are false," he said, raising the hand of Aoak.

In particular, the court said that the insufficient prior notice of bleeding in the consent form for the procedure, the hospital advertised the injection as a 'health injection', the participation of the hospital director's daughter, not the hospital director, and the passive response to the refund were all consistent with the facts.

In addition, the criminal case that the hospital sued for defamation was closed without indictment.




However, Seo Joo-won posted on social media during the intensifying hospital conflict at the time, "'Don't blur the controversy X God. I am astonished that such a doctor exists." The court saw this as an insulting expression and admitted to the liability for damages of 2 million won.

Meanwhile, Aotalk is from Channel A 'HeartSignal', married and divorced car racer Seo Joo-won, and is currently a YouTuber and representative of the online shopping mall 'Loar'.
