The Songpa Police Station in Seoul recently sent A to the prosecution on charges of harassing a public dense place under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.
In June last year, A attended a fan event to commemorate Jin's military service at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and suddenly kissed Jin's cheek. Jin, who was banged up in front of 1,000 fans, could not hide his embarrassment, and eventually, fans filed a complaint asking for punishment of A.
After receiving a complaint through the National Newspaper, the police launched an internal investigation and touched Jin's neck with his lips. I checked a Japanese blog post that said, 'The skin was soft' The police asked Japan's Interpol for an international cooperation investigation to find the author, and identified the suspect seven months later.
Since then, the police have booked A and asked him to appear as a suspect, but the suspension of the investigation was decided in March. According to the police investigation rules, if the investigation cannot be closed because the suspect is unable to stay abroad for more than two months, the investigation can be suspended until the reason is resolved. However, the police investigation resumed when A entered Korea on his own and voluntarily attended the police.
However, B, who is suspected of molesting the camp like A, is still suspended from the investigation because his whereabouts are unknown.
Jin will release his second full-length solo album 'Echo' on the 16th.
