On the 29th, Choi Philip "Recently, my husband and I had a nerve-wracking two weeks. In Dowoon's blood test, which takes place every three months, the tumor level was slightly over the normal range for the first time.
Then "It was the first time since the end of the treatment, and my doctor said "There won't be a big problem", but honestly, every day was dry. If it had been the past, it would have been annoying if Dowoon complained and gave it a hard time, but during these two weeks, I just felt grateful for all of Dowoon's actions. In case it hurts again, I felt very much how precious this moment is. If I get sick again now, I thought it would be a deeper and more painful time than when I was just born and fighting against the disease."
Choi said, "I checked the test results today, and fortunately, the normal level came out, and I was in tears." When Dowoon was battling the disease, the time spent with my family's four members was the biggest joy, but after the treatment, he lived every day for granted. But there wasn't a day that was obvious. Every day was a blessing," he said, sweeping away his astonished heart.
Meanwhile, Choi Philip married a non-celebrity nine years younger in 2017 and has one son and one daughter. The second son, Dowoon, was diagnosed with stage 4 hepatoblastoma at 4 months of age. Afterwards, Dowoon was cured after undergoing chemotherapy and liver resection.
