According to the legal community on the 15th, Judge Jeon Eun-jin of the Seoul Central District Court decided to extend temporary measures related to stalking Kim Se-eui on the previous day. As a result, Kim will not be able to access Tzuyang or contact him by using the information and communication network, such as sending videos through phone, text, e-mail, SNS, and YouTube.
Earlier last month, the court ordered the deletion of certain videos, citing some of Park's applications for the removal of video posts and prohibition of posting against Se-yeon and Kim.
According to the Stalking Punishment Act, provisional measures to protect victims are taken every three months or one month and can be extended if necessary. The decision seems to reflect the fact that Se-yeon Kim has uploaded related content about 40 times targeting Park.
The conflict dates back to July last year. Kim Se-eui took issue with Park's past work history at entertainment establishments by releasing a transcript that Tzuyang was threatened by YouTuber foot-and-mouth disease (real name Lee Jun-hee). In response, Tzuyang confessed that `I had no choice but to work because of the assault and coercion of my ex-boyfriend,' but Kim denied this and continued the broadcast.
Tzuyang filed a complaint against Kim on charges of violating the Information and Communication Network Act, coercion, intimidation, and violation of the Stalking Punishment Act, and the police dismissed some of them in February. However, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office accepted Tzuyang's objection and ordered a reinvestigation, and the investigation team was replaced and re-investigated.
As a result, Tzuyang attended the police again with the changed investigation team on the 8th and completed the investigation of the complainant, and legal action against Kim Se-eui is expected to continue.
