NewJeans’ Danielle Hints at Solo Comeback Amid Legal Dispute with ADOR

Group NewJeans' Daniel has predicted a solo comeback.

The U.S. R&B Hybrid Duo Emotional Orenges recently posted a photo with Daniel on its official account, saying, `It's coming out soon, please wait a moment.' In the released photo, Daniel is seen posing in the studio in a hip style matching a hooded jumper and jeans.

Emotional Orenzis added orange emojis and rabbit emojis symbolizing NewJeans, hinting at collaboration.

The problem is that NewJeans' independent activities are currently banned.

Does NewJeans have a trust relationship in November last year due to the violation of Ador's exclusive contract?Tip Not ?The contract was terminated. Afterwards, NewJeans changed the group name to 'NJZ' and predicted its own move.

In response, Adore filed a lawsuit against the members to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract and filed an injunction for prohibition, such as preserving the status of an agency and signing an advertising contract.

NewJeansclaimed that there were 11 reasons for violating exclusive contracts, including the production gap caused by the dismissal of former CEO of ADOR Min Hee-jin. However, the court did not accept any of NewJeans' claims. Instead, Ador's application for provisional injunction was 'quoted in full. NewJeansfiled an objection, but it was rejected, and he has appealed.

The court's decision to the effect that "NewJeans belongs to Adore" effectively blocked NewJeans' independent actions. In response, NewJeans called themselves 'revolutionaries' and declared the suspension of their activities.

In this situation, Daniel's collaboration with Emotional Orenges could be subject to regulation. In response to the controversy, the Emotional Orenges deleted the post.

Separately, the first trial is underway for a lawsuit (original lawsuit) to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract filed by Adore. At the first hearing held last month, NewJeans emphasized that he could not return to the door. The second day of the main lawsuit will be held on June 5.
