'Waterbomb' recently announced its official lineup. Sick K was listed in the lineup along with 2NE1 white tiger, Cheongha Kepler Kim Ha-on, Loco Lee Young-ji Kai Crush Kwon Eun-bi fromis_9 Kiss of Life.
The problem is that Sik-K's trial is currently ongoing.
Sik-K turned himself in to the police working near the Seoul Regional Veterans Affairs Office in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the morning of January 19, 2024. Police charged Sikk. after a National Forensic Service's close examination found a positive test for methamphetamine.

On the other hand, the prosecution demanded a three-and-a-half-year prison term, saying, `Although he is a famous rapper who has a lot of influence on teenagers and has to bear a heavier moral responsibility than others, he is not guilty of the same drug crimes in the past.'
The court sentenced Sik-K to 10 months in prison and two years of probation on the 1st, and the prosecution appealed against the first trial's ruling.
Meanwhile, Sik-K confirmed his appearance at a large festival, sparking controversy online. There are many opinions that 'Water Bomb' is the main target of young people due to the nature of the festival, but Sick K, who committed drug crimes, can have an adverse effect. In addition, many people doubt whether dancing and singing on the stage is really reflective even though the trial is not even over yet.
