It has been confirmed that Seo Eun-woo (former Seo Min-jae) from Channel A entertainment show `Heart Signal 3" has been sued by his ex-boyfriend A. The charges include violation of the Stalking Punishment Act, violation of the Information and Communication Network Act (defamation), imprisonment, and assault.

According to a complaint obtained by Sports Chosun on the 4th, A filed a complaint against Seo Eun-woo at the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul on the 4th. The complaint said Seo Eun-woo visited his home against A's will and tried to meet him forcibly, causing anxiety by repeating text bombs and unauthorized visits.

In particular, it also stipulates the assault situation that he/she followed A into his/her house between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. on April 30, closed the door, prevented A from going out for more than four hours, pushed A on the bed, and hit him/her in the shoulder and chest several times.




At the time of his imprisonment, it was also known that A contacted his family several times and asked for help. Mr. A's mother contacted Seo Eun-woo's mother immediately after she was informed of her son's situation and is blocking her from going out, so I'm very worried", he also reportedly expressed his concern for his son's safety.

In addition, evidence that Seo Eun-woo threatened A by ringing the clock for five minutes in front of A's apartment complex was also reportedly submitted along with the complaint.

A claims that Seo Eun-woo defamed him by posting his real name, face, school, work, and family information online.




In fact, Seo Eun-woo specified A's real name on his SNS from the 2nd, saying "Congratulations on becoming a dad ○○○," and later captured and released text messages, exposing A's private life in all directions, causing controversy.

Earlier, Seo Eun-woo has been attracting public attention, saying that A is avoiding pregnancy responsibility. However, through his legal representative, Mr. A continued to contact and visit Seo Eun-woo based on what he did not say"It is a situation that is difficult to endure anymore, so we have led to a complaint."

At the same time, Mr. A is ready to take responsibility for anything within the legal scope. There is no intention of evading legal responsibility, such as child support payments," he added.




Meanwhile, Seo Eun-woo made his name known by appearing on 'Heart Signal 3' in 2020, and in 2022, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison and two years of probation for voluntarily revealing drug use with Nam Tae-hyun.
