In the photo, diapers that Lee Sol seems to have organized are neatly contained in the organizer.

He said "There's a lot of controversy, but it's a dog poop pad and a diaper...The diaper in the picture is for dogs, he said. Some Internet users seem to have made such an explanation by mistaking it for a baby's diaper after seeing the photo.
Lee Sol confessed to fighting cancer in women last month and received support from many people.
