Sagong Hye-ran eventually underwent emergency surgery in September last year without completing seven months of pregnancy, and a total of 32 people, including 9 medical staff from obstetrics and anesthesia departments, 18 from the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents, and 5 from the delivery status record and check, were performed. In the process, each of the five twins, who were born with a small weight of less than 1 kg, was transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit.
