Hwayoung Voices Frustration Over Late-Night Construction Noise

Hwayoung is on the 22nd. "Is this right??? At this late hour..What do you mean the construction downstairs at this time after 12 p.m. without prior notice. I woke up while sleeping. Two hours of early morning drill plus hammer construction..What should I do in this case?" and complained of noise damage between floors.
Hwayoung said she couldn't sleep because of the early morning construction that went on without notice. Eventually, the next day, Hwayoung started the day in a bad condition, saying, `I didn't sleep, but I'm going to win golf today.'
The problem of noise between floors is one of the main housing problems. In addition to Hwa-young, comedian Mi-ja also confessed that she suffered serious noise between floors due to the construction of the house below, causing regret.
Meanwhile, in November last year, Hwayoung revealed that she was bullied during her T-ara activities, reigniting the past 'bullying controversy'.
Kim Kwang-soo, a former head of T-ara's agency, appeared on a broadcast and said, "(Hwah-young did it wrong, but I was worried because she was still young," and added, "(I think the T-ara members) pushed ahead with the broadcast because they were not at fault."
In response, Hwa-young refuted that she was assaulted and verbally abused by members of the T-ara, saying, `It is false that I was not bullied during the T-ara period, but that it was false.' In response, T-ara asked for an explanation, but T-ara members remained silent.
