The results of the soup menu competition between MZ grandmother Lee Chan-won, global trend Nam Yoon-soo, and Gichelin guide Ki Eun-se were revealed on KBS 2TV 'New Release Pyeon Restaurant' (hereinafter 'Pyeon Restaurant'). Lee Chan-won's Crucible Yukgaejang won the honor of winning and releasing the three chefs, who boast their outstanding skills, held an on-site cooking competition in the studio amid all-time tensions. Lee Chan-won proved once again that he is a genius in launching 'Pyeon Restaurant'.
On this day, a cooking space for three-person pyeonchefs was set up in the studio of 'Pyeon Restaurant'. Lee Chan-won, Nam Yoon-soo, and Ki Eun-se each made their own final menu of 'Soup Cooking'. As it was the first on-site cooking competition, the tension of the pyeonchefs soared. As a result, the chefs cheerfully check each other. In particular, Lee Chan-won, who was always relaxed, was nervous and in a hurry, making people laugh.
Lee Chan-won's final menu is Crucible Yukgaejang. Lee Chan-won made the deep taste of the soup with crucible and dutae oil boiled for more than five hours. In addition, the spicy sauce was completed by using dutae oil once again, and the stir-fried bean sprouts were added to complete the taste of crucible beef stew. Lee Chan-won, who boasts tremendous cutting skills and makes Crucible Yukgaejang, is like a grandson of an old-fashioned rice soup restaurant, so I burst into laughter.
Nam Yoon-soo introduced a clean and cool hangover cream pasta 'Kkpasta' as the final menu, which was flavored with homemade Yangsong pesto and clam broth. Nam Yoon-soo even showed a fire show on the spot and stole the attention. Ki Eun-se made Italian Gopchang Hot Pot, which combines Korean Gopchang Hot Pot and Italian hot taste, as the final menu. Ki Eun-se clearly showed her presence as a pyeon chef by making handmade butter on the spot.

Meanwhile, Nam Yoon-soo and Ki Eun-se confessed their honest stories on the show. Nam Yoon-soo, who gave his father a kidney transplant six months ago, expressed his affection to his father "I love you" for the first time in his life. Nam Yoon-soo confessed, `I feel like I have to take care of my parents more and live the rest of my life together.'
Ki Eun-se told Jeon In-hwa, a respected senior, that "When I divorced, my mother said everything was okay" and that "I lived with a dream of acting for the whole of my 20s, but no work was recognized. I thought about it and got married, but I didn't know I would go back to work like this. When you come back and you have a lot of greed for work..." Jeon In-hwa, who knows how to feel, generously praised Ki Eun-se's growth and change in recent works.
