Kim Jong-kook Buys 6.2 Billion Won Luxury Villa in Gangnam with Full Cash Payment

On the 1st, Korea Economic TV reported that Kim Jong-kook purchased a 243㎡ second exclusive area of the Nonhyeon Appelbaum for 6.2 billion won last month and completed registration on the same day.
The media also added that the building appears to have been purchased in full cash as no collateral security rights have been established.
It is estimated that Kim Jong-guk purchased the villa for the purpose of actual residence.
Nonhyeon Appelbaum is a townhouse-type luxury villa located at 260 Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and consists of a total of 76 households, including the first and second rounds.
The complex was designed and decorated by architect Bae Dae-yong, who designed architectural design companies WATG and 'Hannam the Hill' and 'Hannam'. As it is equipped with a five-layered outer wall and about 180 CCTVs, there is a high preference for celebrities and businessmen who are concerned about privacy protection. Actors Jang Geun-seok and Lee Il-won are living in the villa.
