On the afternoon of the 7th, a lawyer for the wealthy at the law firm, the legal representative of the late Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family, issued a statement in some place in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Kim Se-eui, CEO of YouTube 'Horoseo Research Institute' (Gase-yeon) was also present at the meeting.
They revealed that the informant, who is helping the bereaved family, was recently conciliated to buy the main evidence he had for billions of won and refused to do so, posing a serious threat to his personal life. Their press conference has been held in 40 days since March 27.
At the same time, Kim Se-eui released a recording that revealed the relationship with Kim Soo-hyun to the informant at a coffee shop in New Jersey on January 10, 2025, a month before actor Kim Sae-ron's death.
In the released recording, Kim Sae-ron "I dated Kim Soo-hyun since middle school and broke up when I entered college. Honestly, I was my girlfriend, but I feel like I've been used since middle school. He sent me a picture he took with another idol or actor. If I could afford it, I would have been caught earlier."
Then "The first time I had sex was during the winter vacation of the second year of middle school. Now that I think about it, should I say I've been beaten?"
Kim Se-eui then said "Gold medalist Mo called the informant himself and told him to hand over the transcript because he would give him 4 billion won." After that, Kim Soo-hyun's lawyers called him."

However, Kim Soo-hyun held a press conference on the 31st of last month and completely denied the allegations. Kim Soo-hyun said, `It is groundless and we will respond hard to the spread of false information.'
Kim Soo-hyun's legal representative then filed a lawsuit on May 1 against Kim Sae-ron's bereaved family, YouTuber Kim Se-eui, and Kim Sae-ron's aunt for damages. The lawsuit was filed with the Seoul Central District Court, and the amount of the claim is known to total 12 billion won.
