Lee Dong-gun Cafe's signature menu is Turkish sand coffee, which is brewed in hot sand reaching 400 degrees. Lee Dong-gun commented on the cafe "The concept is Mediterranean style. I'm going to make a dessert with Kaimak as the main dish.




Lee Sang-min visited Lee Dong-gun to prepare for the opening of the cafe. Lee Sang-min exclaimed as soon as he saw Lee Dong-gun's cafe. Lee Sang-min "It's going to be hot here. This size will cost a lot of rent, he said, but Lee Dong-gun was activated to get cheaper rent for people who run cafes in Aewol. I'm renting (the building) and doing it. We did the least interior design by not touching it as much as possible and saving it." In fact, Lee Dong-gun's cafe, which renovated the old house, added sensitivity by using the door as it is.

Yoo Jeong-soo came to visit for Lee Dong-gun, who became a beginner cafe owner. Yoo Jeong-soo was in charge of consulting for Lee Dong-gun Cafe. Yoo Jeong-soo came to conduct a final inspection before the Ga Open.

Yoo Jeong-soo received a passing score for the taste of coffee, but the dessert using jujube palm and citrus was decided to be on hold because it was too sweet. In particular, Yoo Jeong-soo is doomed at this rate. If you bake a pancake like that, you get four customers an hour,' he said, pointing out Lee Dong-gun's slow speed. Yoo Jeong-soo then suggested baking with a waffle machine instead of pancakes himself, and Lee Dong-gun accepted the feedback and changed the menu to waffles.

It's finally been a temporary opening day. Lee Sang-min and Koo Bon-seung came to support Lee Dong-gun. In order to promote Lee Dong-gun's cafe, the two actively posted SNS as well as fliers.

As soon as it opened, customers lined up. Orders came in constantly, but Lee Dong-gun couldn't keep up with the speed of the order. However, all the customers were satisfied with Lee Dong-gun's coffee taste, and the first operation ended successfully.
