New Jeans Accommodation Invasion Thief Fan in 20s, Eventually Prosecuted

An illegitimate fan in his 20s who broke into the girl group's New Jeans accommodation several times has been put on trial for theft.

On the 25th of last month, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office indicted a man in his 20s without detention on charges of stealing goods by entering a joint accommodation in Newzins without permission.

A was found to have stolen internal items such as hangers and placards in December last year while the door of the accommodation was not locked even after the members left the house.

Newzins reportedly left his existing accommodation in the same month after terminating his contract with Adore in November last year.

Earlier, it was revealed that A had invaded the same accommodation three days before the incident and had visited the site at least three times.

Although the association with 'Newzins Accommodation Terror Notice' posted on the online community has not been confirmed, the need to strengthen security at the artist's residence is drawing attention again due to a series of incidents.

Earlier, five members of the New Jeans began their own activities in November last year, saying that the contract was terminated due to the violation of the exclusive contract of Audor. Later, in February, the members ambitiously announced a new group name 'NJZ' instead of the activity name Newzins

Accordingly, Adore filed an application for provisional injunction to preserve the status of an agency and to prohibit the conclusion of an advertising contract along with a lawsuit to confirm the validity of an exclusive contract.

Mr. Newzins said he would give Mr. Newzins a long vacation, in the absence of Mr. Min, an internal report by Mr. Hive that read, `What can be done without Mr. Newzins.'' cited 11 things, including the remarks of former CEO Park Ji-won of Hive, as the basis for the termination of the exclusive contract. However, the court cited all of Odor's applications for provisional injunction last month. Newzins has announced its suspension of activities after being unable to do independent activities with the NZ.
