In November last year, Newzins declared its own activities, saying its exclusive contract with its agency, Adore, was terminated. In response, Adore filed an injunction against the members, including a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract, preserving the agency's status and prohibiting the conclusion of an advertising contract. Newzins cited 11 reasons for termination of exclusive contracts, including the absence of production due to the dismissal of former Airdor CEO Min Hee-jin, but the court refused to accept all of them and cited Airdor's request for provisional injunction. The members objected to the court's judgment, filed an objection, and said they would suspend their activities.
