The virtual idol group PLAVE has taken a tough legal action against continuous stalking, malicious comments, and personal dissemination toward its members.

On the 15th, Blast, the agency, said on its official fan community platform Weverse that it is "severely monitoring the behavior of stalking, including insulting and defamatory malicious comments, disclosure of personal information, and invasion of privacy, and continues to take legal action in accordance with the zero-tolerance principle."

According to the agency, Blast has already filed criminal charges against the authors of related malicious posts in March 2025. Recently, several suspects have been identified and investigations are underway nationwide. In the case of the previous complaint, after the criminal proceedings were completed, a judgment recognizing civil liability for damages was secured, and enforcement proceedings are also being implemented

In particular, some fans' illegitimate activities, such as chasing members, approaching vehicles, and unofficial filming, are defined as "clear criminal acts", and related evidence such as CCTV and vehicle black boxes has been secured.

The agency said it will demand severe punishment from the investigative agency, which is possible up to imprisonment for those who have repeatedly stalked.

In addition, information sharing of members' travel routes, accommodation, and private spaces cannot be justified for any reason," he said, urging fans to join him in creating a healthy fan culture.

Playve is a five-member virtual idol group that debuted in 2023, with members Ha Min, Bambi, Eunho, Yejun and Noah active.

The following is the full text of Playb's position.

Blast (hereinafter referred to as 'we're') continuing to monitor insults and defamatory malicious comments against PLAVE members, disclosing artists' personal information, and stalking approaches that threaten artists' privacy (hereinafter referred to as 's illegitimate behavior') and continuing to take stern legal action.

Regarding past complaints, we are receiving a ruling acknowledging civil liability for damages after the end of criminal proceedings and will proceed thoroughly with the enforcement process. In addition, the company sued the authors of malicious posts such as personal disclosure and insults against PLAVE members in March 2025, and investigations are underway nationwide recently identifying several suspects. In these cases, the company plans to apply the zero tolerance principle to proceed fully from criminal punishment to civil damages claims.

Meanwhile, we have recently identified continued stalking by some fans, such as chasing or trying to approach our members. These acts are obvious crimes that seriously threaten the physical and mental safety of the members and can never be tolerated by conventional wisdom. We have secured relevant evidence such as CCTV and vehicle black boxes so that criminal complaints can be carried out immediately in accordance with the Act on the Punishment of Stalking Crimes, and we plan to ask the investigative agency to punish those who repeatedly commit stalking up to prison.

Any infringement of a member's travel route or privacy information, access to accommodation or vehicles, informal photography, etc. cannot be justified for any reason. I hope that the fans will also make efforts to create a healthy fan culture.

We sincerely thank you for your precious information and interest, and we promise to continue to make every effort to protect the rights and interests of artists and to create a healthy fan culture. Thank you.
