A media outlet reported on the 18th that the Seven Idahae couple have a total of three buildings in Gangnam and Mapo, and the total asset value of these buildings is estimated to be at least 32.5 billion won.
In May 2022, Lee Da-hae bought a new building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 16 billion won in cash under the name of the corporation. The building is leased and used by an entertainment company with a land area of 300.82㎡ (about 91 pyeong) and two basement floors to five ground floors.
Lee Da-hae also owns a 2018 building he built in Gangnam-gu. The current value of the building is estimated at about 7.5 billion won. Seven purchased a building in Mapo-gu, Seoul in 2004 and built a five-story building in 2015. The current value is estimated at about 9 billion won.
