Among the real estate assets of actor Lee Da-hae and singer Seven, an estimate has emerged that buildings alone amount to at least 37 billion won.

According to the real estate industry on the 18th, Lee Da-hae sold a building located in Hakdong-ro, Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was owned by a family corporation in August 2022, earning more than 20 billion won in current profits, and purchased a new building nearby for 15.96 billion won. The building was completed in March 2022 and has two basement floors, five floors above ground, a land area of 300.82㎡ (91 pyeong), and a total floor area of 922.31㎡ (279 pyeong). When news of Lee Da-hae's purchase was announced in 2023, tenants with a deposit of 550 million won and a monthly rent of 42 million won were reported to have moved in, and entertainment agencies are now in. The rental yield is around 3%.

In April 2016, Lee Da-hae sold the building, which was purchased for 4.68 billion won as a family corporation, for 24 billion won, resulting in a market profit of about 20 billion won. In addition, a luxury building was purchased for 2.594 billion won in June 2013, and a two-story building was purchased for 3.3 billion won in October 2014. In particular, this two-story building is considered a beneficiary area for the reconstruction of a large nearby church. In 2018, Lee Da-hae increased its value by making the reconstruction one basement level and four floors above the ground. According to the real estate information platform Value Map, the value of the building in April this year was 11.74 billion won considering the surrounding market price.




Lee Da-hae's husband, Seven, also owns a four-story building in Donggyo-dong, Mapo-gu. Seven took over ownership of the building his father purchased in 2004 when he established his agency, Eleven Nine Entertainment. It has a land area of 365.6㎡ (about 110.59 pyeong) and a total floor area of 730.16㎡ (about 220.87 pyeong), and the building market price in April this year is 7.31 billion won based on the value map.

Lee Da-hae and Seven married in May 2023 after dating for eight years. Recently, they celebrated their second wedding anniversary.
