Lee Soo-geun, who handed over all his assets, has put out 3 billion buildings..♥ Speculation on the cost of Park Ji-yeon's kidney re-transplantation

Broadcaster Lee Soo-geun offered to sell the Sangam-dong building.

According to the 16th 'Money Today', Lee Soo-geun offered a building located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, with a hope of 3 billion won on the land trading platform on the 7th.

In 2011, Lee Soo-geun and his wife Park Ji-yeon jointly purchased a 165㎡ (49 pyeong) site in Sangam-dong for 1.3 billion won and built the building. According to a certified copy of the register, the maximum amount of collateral security bonds was about 864 million won, with loans of 720 million won likely to have been executed.

However, after registering the building under the sole name of Park Ji-yeon, Lee Soo-geun set the loan and debt in his own name and took on only the debt, and the building was handled under Park Ji-yeon's ownership.

In an entertainment program, he said, `The economic sphere and the house are in the name of his wife. He expressed his faith and responsibility toward his wife, saying, "Only in my name..."

The building was once used as the headquarters of the production company 'Content Lab Vivo' founded by broadcaster Song Eun-i, but is currently vacant. The couple is expected to make a profit of about 1.7 billion won for the first time in 13 years, and the actual profit is around 1 billion won, according to industry estimates.

There has been no official announcement on the background of the sale, but as Park Ji-yeon is organizing her business ahead of kidney re-transplantation in August, the possibility of cashing in real estate to pay for surgery and living expenses is also raised.

This is because Park Ji-yeon is about to undergo a reoperation to receive a kidney transplant from her brother next month. It is currently undergoing a preoperative examination.

Park Ji-yeon, who married Lee Soo-geun in 2008, had kidney function problems due to pregnancy poisoning when she was pregnant with her second son in 2011. As a result, he received a kidney transplant from his mother's father, but the transplanted kidney has not settled properly and has been receiving dialysis treatment so far. In 2021, he was recommended by medical staff to have a re-transmission and was listed on the waiting list for brain-dead people.

Afterwards, Park Ji-yeon expressed her feelings through her account. He said "If the final examination is not abnormal, I think I'll have a second kidney transplant sometime in mid-August"I'm still confused and cautious, but I'm going to prepare well."," he said.

"Unfortunately, I have to take immunosuppressants, so I am slowly organizing my business and workplace that have been good for immunity."I will overcome it with a bright mind like in the picture," he said.
