Police Called to 40s Actor’s Home Wife Declines Punishment After Alleged Assault



It was belatedly reported that the police were dispatched after a report was received that an actor in his 40s, who was active in the 10 million movie, assaulted his wife at home.

According to the police, 112 reports were received that actor A in his 40s hit his wife B at his home in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, on the afternoon of the 24th of last month, and the police were dispatched. It is known that during the couple's argument, when A tried to leave the house, a scuffle with B, who was preventing it, broke out.

A was investigated on charges of assault, but B said he did not want punishment and was classified as a family protection case. According to a police official, it is true that the report was received, but the couple is currently in a state of reconciliation.




Mr. A is an actor who has appeared in many movies and dramas, and he also acted in box office films that attracted 10 million viewers. Accordingly, an official from the actor's agency, who is believed to be A, told Sports Chosun that "We are currently checking."
