HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk made his first official position on the allegation of fraudulent transactions.

Bang Si-hyuk is accused of making 200 billion won in listing profits by deceiving existing investors that he has no plans to disclose Hive shares to special purpose corporations established by private equity funds established by executives close to him in 2019, before Hive went public (fraudulent fraudulent transactions under the Capital Markets Act).

Police raided Hive's headquarters last month, and the Financial Supervisory Service's special envoy, who received a complaint from the Securities and Futures Commission under the Financial Services Commission, also launched an investigation.
