JYP Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as JYP) unveiled the film and logo design of 'Girlset' on its official SNS channel on the morning of the 7th and announced the launch of the rebranding. Lexi, Camilla, Kendall, and Savannah are targeting the global music market in earnest and taking a new leap forward with the new name 'Girlset'.
The "Girlset" film showed the new visuals of the members who broke the gap after about a year and five months. It showed the three-dimensional and honest charm of 'Girlset' by expressing a variety of emotions that shed tears or hurt as well as a pleasant and relaxed vibe. The imposing appearance of the four members dressed in suits that maximize their individuality and became one with 'Girlset' is also eye-catching. The group name 'Girlset' means defining the endless future and meaning by itself without any restrictions, as in the end phrase of the video "We're setting who we are."
The heart pattern in the logo design of 'Girlset' contains a message that conveys stories from the members' hearts to the world. Worldwide fans' attention is focused on Lexy, Camilla, Kendall and Savannah's more mature and free performance to the world, which will start anew with Girlset.
Bira made her splendid debut in January 2024 as a six-member group consisting of Lexi Camilla Kendall Savannah Cage Kayleigh, selected through a joint survival audition A2K between local US label Republic Records and JYP. However, Cage filed a contract termination lawsuit against JYP in December 2024, and voluntarily withdrew from the team. Kayleigh was out of action in March 2024 due to health issues and left the team in July
