Comedian Lee Jin-ho (39) was caught drunk driving this time following the controversy over illegal gambling. The caller was none other than his girlfriend.
According to the Dispatch report on the 24th, Lee Jin-ho took the wheel himself drunk after arguing with his girlfriend A in Incheon early in the morning. He headed to his home in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, about 100km away, and A, who was concerned about this, reported it to the police. The Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency immediately cooperated with Yangpyeong Police Station, and Yangpyeongseo caught him near Lee Jin-ho's residence.

According to a police investigation, Lee Jin-ho drove directly from Incheon to his home in Yangseo-myeon, Yangpyeong around 3 a.m., and his blood alcohol level reached 0.11%, the license revocation level.
Earlier, he admitted to illegal gambling charges in October last year and was sent to the prosecution in April this year. The case was handed over to the police again under the order of a supplementary investigation, and it was reported that BTS Jimin lent 100 million won, and comedian Lee Soo-geun and singer Young-tak were also involved as victims. During the investigation into illegal gambling, Lee Jin-ho was forced to exit the entertainment industry due to his long-distance drunken driving.
