On the 1st 'Pushyoung' channel, a video was posted saying 'Why did you gain +4kg in 8 months of pregnancy?'
On this day, Lee Si-young revealed the recipes for the food she usually ate. Tomato congee, Lucola basil burrata sandwich, red pepper tuna pizza using tortillas, tteokbokki with eggs instead of rice cakes, and avocado toast were all diet healthy. Lee Si-young said "What I've been cooking all week was a diet meal. In fact, I don't want to go on a diet, and I have no reason to go on a diet, but I actually like eating healthy like this. There was also a reason why I couldn't digest well.'
Lee Si-young drew attention by simply making raw chocolate using cacao powder and allulose for dessert.
