False judgment on claims of non-payment of TS Sleepy's settlement, and legal responsibility for unauthorized advertising revenue

On the 4th, lawyer Kim Bo-hyun of AK Law Firm, TS's legal representative, expressed his position on the second trial of TS and Sleepy's lawsuit.
TS said "Sleepy has not received settlement payments for 10 years through a number of media outlets'There has been no settlement payments at all."' He has repeated his remarks to the effect that he has suffered a single loss due to hardships in life. However, the court ruled in this ruling that the settlement was accurately made until February 2019, when Sleepy sent a proof of the termination of the exclusive contract, and that there was no unpaid settlement. In other words, the judiciary's judgment revealed that Sleepy's claims for years were false or exaggerated."
The court then admitted that Sleepy had obtained tens of millions of won in financial profits by conducting SNS advertisements without TS consent. This is a serious offense that may entail criminal liability. "The court ruled that TS should pay the settlement amount in the first quarter of 2019, which was withheld, and the non-payment of the down payment paid monthly due to the nature of salary after the termination of the contract. TS explained, "As for the unpaid amount of the down payment paid monthly due to the nature of the salary, we will review the wording of the contract again and decide whether to file an appeal."
TS believes that the ruling clearly reveals that Mr. Sleepy's claim of non-payment of settlement payments for 10 years is not true. As Sleepy's illegal act of acquiring unauthorized advertising revenue was directly recognized by the court, we will actively proceed with procedures to hold him criminally liable."
Sleepy initiated a dispute with TS in 2019. Sleepy claimed to have been treated unfairly, such as not receiving settlement money from TS, but TS countered that Sleepy was lying. However, the court ruled in favor of Sleepy in a damages suit filed against TS, claiming that he did not pay unpaid down payments and unpaid contributions. TS filed a lawsuit claiming 280 million won, saying Sleepy hid some of his broadcasting fees and SNS advertising revenue from his agency, but lost. Does TS also accuse Sleepy and two other former managers of professional breach of trust?However, he was cleared of charges.
Sleepy married his wife, who was eight years younger, in 2022 and held her first daughter in her arms in March last year. He is also expecting his second son at the end of this month.
