SBS 'Curious Story Y', which aired on the 5th, dealt with actor Song Ha-yoon's alleged school violence.
As soon as Song Ha-yoon reached her heyday through tvN 'Marry My Husband' last year, suspicions arose that she was a perpetrator of school violence in the past. Song Ha-yoon, who denied allegations of school violence, recently filed a complaint against the first distributor, Oh, for defamation and obstruction of business. However, Oh protested the move and said he is preparing 10 billion won in damages against Song Ha-yoon.
Oh personally appeared on 'Curious Story Y' and insisted on Song Ha-yoon's academic career. Oh, who lives in the U.S., claimed that he was slapped by Song Ha-yoon for about 90 minutes at a playground in 2004 when he was a second grader in high school. Oh was his older brother's girlfriend who was popular in school. He was forced to transfer due to (other) school violence shortly after the incident took place.'

Song Ha-yoon's life record did not contain any information related to forced transfer, but the lawyer said "It was a time when the school violence law was not applied at the time." Based on the information, it cannot be concluded that there was no school violence."
While the lawyer said the witness's statement was the most reliable, witnesses said they saw Song Ha-yoon assault Oh. The witness said "I heard Song Ha-yoon cursed me " Oh said it wasn't him, but he beat him with a cushion or something and hit him with one hand and swore at him. It continued even though people around me stopped it."
