Actor Han Ji-min made another strong impression by perfectly digesting the complex narrative of the character with his delicate emotional performance in JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 「Beautiful Than Heaven」 (directed by Na-M-gyu, Kim Soo-jin, Kim Seok-yoon).

In the play, Han Ji-min plays Somyi, a mysterious character who appeared with a loss of memory, and he piled up the inner side of the character with delicate and delicate acting even in the midst of violent emotional conflict. Somi eventually realizes that she is a fictional being created by Haesook (Kim Hye-ja)'s memories and emotions, and the play has faced a shocking twist.

Amid the growing anger over Haesook and Nak-jun (Son Seok-gu), Somi changes her emotions from anger to sadness and forgiveness as she faces the truth that Pastor (Ryu Deok-hwan) was Eun-ho. Despite such a rapid change of emotion, Han Ji-min delicately followed the psychological flow of the character rather than the passion of the moment and performed dense acting.

In particular, after the violent outburst of emotions toward Hae-sook, the scene where the mother sobbed, "'Mom has never forgotten our Eun-ho for a moment' left a deep resonance in the audience. At the end, he gave a deep lingering impression with his restrained emotional performance even in the scene of a breakup that quietly disappears after spending a short but peaceful time with Nak-jun.

Han Ji-min delivered a strong sense of immersion and persuasion that made the character never feel fictional, even in the complex structure of the setting of Som itself crossing reality and reality. Her performance, which contained emotions in each of her eyes, breath, and speech, firmly kept the center of the play.

In addition, it organically intertwined conflicting emotions such as anger, despair, sadness, love, and regret without any sense of heterogeneity, leading the emotional flow of the entire drama to be stable. Despite the narrative that crosses reality and fantasy, existence and absence, Somi's emotional line was firmly established, evoking deep empathy in viewers.

Through this work, Han Ji-min once again proved his broad spectrum as an actor, expressing in-depth the complex layers of emotions of love, pain, and redemption. Following her enthusiastic performance, which left a deep lingering impression, expectations are high for her new appearance and next move.
