Disney Unveils 2024 Lineup, Declines Comment on Jung Woosung’s Personal Life

Disney+ kept quiet about Jung Woo-sung's personal life.

Walt Disney Company Korea held a 'Disney+Open House' event at its headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 23rd. Choi Yeon-woo, head of local content at Walt Disney Company Korea, CEO of Hive MediaCorp Kim Won-guk, the producer of the 「Made in Korea」, and Merry Christmas CEO Yoo Jeong-hoon, the producer of the"Killer's Shopping Mall" attended the event.

This year's highly anticipated content is "Made in Korea" with a production cost of 70 billion won. While filming this work, Jung Woo-sung was surprised by the fact that he had a child with Mun Gavi. In response, General Manager Choi Yeon-woo said "It is difficult to give an answer because that part is the actor's private life."

CEO Kim Won-guk expressed confidence in 'Made in Korea' and strongly promoted '"'Seoul Spring', but with the support of Disney, 'Made in Korea' was made with all the production capabilities. It is a work full of tension between the 'insiders' and the 'Namsan managers'. I think it will be a game changer when this is released."

Disney+ will present a lineup including 'Nine Puzzle' as well as 'Polaris' starring Jun Ji-hyun and Kang Dong-won, 'Made in Korea' starring Hyun Bin and Jung Woo-sung, 'Fine: Mountaineers' starring Ryu Seung-ryong and Yang Se-jong, Ro-woon and Shin In-eun 'Takryu', and 'Pieces Doshi' starring Ji Chang-wook and Do Kyung-soo. Kim Soo-hyun's leading film 'nockoff', which was originally included in this year's lineup, was excluded.
