JTBC held a production presentation for the new Saturday drama 'Good Boy' (written by Lee Dae-il, directed by Shim Na-yeon) at The Link Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 29th. Director Shim Na-yeon, Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun, Oh Jung-se, Lee Sang-i, Heo Sung-tae and Tae Won-seok attended the event.
Park Bo-gum "I would like to express that after I went to the army, the age in front of me changed to 30s, and it became a little bolder than before. I feel like I should do everything I want to do when I can. Maybe that's why I've been building up my filmography step by step so far, and now I'm not running with a little more speed, but I'd like to give some kind of alarm. Even roles, professional characteristics, and genre works that I have never done before, I felt that I wanted to expand my own limitations or areas that I had not shown. So I wanted to do this 'Good Boy', and I want to say that the greatest power given by the work 'Good Boy' is a tribute to those who live for good. "Justice is still alive, and I want to be a little supportive to those who run for justice and live in such a world. I hope that this work will reflect it." So I thought it'd be nice to be a fun and enjoyable drama to watch."
'Good Boy' is a comic action youth investigation drama in which medalists who become police officers wear police ID cards around their necks instead of medals and fight against a world of unconscionable and foul play. Director Shim Na-yeon and writer Lee Dae-il, who produced the series `Life on Mars' and 'Aide', joined forces with each other. Here, Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun, Oh Jung-se, Lee Sang-i, Heo Sung-tae, and Tae Won-seok will work together on acting.
'Good Boy' will premiere at 10:40 p.m. on the 31st.
