Director Lee Seon-jeong, the lead and co-director of the movie 'Guitar Man', recalled the late actor Kim Sae-ron and expressed his sorrow.

Director Lee met with Sports Chosun at Lotte Cinema World Tower in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the 21st and thought "It must be very inconvenient to live as a celebrity when I saw Kim Saeron mentally struggling."," he said.

「Guitar Man」, which will be released on the 30th, is a movie about the love, loss, and journey of a genius guitarist Ki-chul who tries to find hope through connection with music despite the harsh reality, and director Kim Jong-myeon and Lee Seon-jeong took the megaphone.

Initially, Kim Sae-ron had been preparing to return to the entertainment industry, starting with the movie `Guitar Man.' Recalling the filming process with Kim Sae-ron, director Lee recalled "There was an argument with me about something simple in the middle of the shoot. I think we can get sensitive while filming. We were both turning our heads, and as soon as the camera turned on, they were acting with a big smile. After that, we made up right away and I gave him gifts."

Then "What I felt really bad about was that I went to a Chinese restaurant at lunch after the last script reading rehearsal, and it was like having a beer each. I said 'You've got a wreckage too' and he was pouring alcohol into a cup of water. He was worried that he would be photographed pouring alcohol into a glass. I know I've already been paid for my crime, but I thought it would be very inconvenient to live as a celebrity."
