tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama 『Please Take Care Of This Week』, which premiered on the 12th, depicts the turbulent daily life of Han Geum-ju (Choi Soo-young), who loved alcohol, returning to her hometown of Bochon Village.
Han Geum-ju (Choi Soo-young), who was about to get married, faced a major turning point in her life with the break-up of her marriage, and this fact entered the ears of her mother Kim Kwang-ok (Kim Sung-ryeong), opening the beginning of a full-fledged challenge to abstain from drinking. Hangeumju, who even cleaned up her house ahead of her marriage, went down to her hometown of Bocheon Village without being able to overcome the pressure of Kim Kwang-ok when her application for reinstatement was canceled.
However, the situation at home was even more unusual. Han Jung-soo (Kim Sang-ho), the father of the drunkard, and Han Hyun-joo (Cho Yoon-hee), the older sister who relieves stress by drinking after quitting school, prepared a table and shouted "Welcome Ju" to welcome the homecoming of Han Geum-ju. Kim Kwang-ok, who was watching this, threw out the bottle and strongly declared a prohibition of alcohol "There is no alcohol in this house", foreshadowing the all-time aftermath when it blew into the drunkard's family.
On the other hand, Kim Kwang-ok has been telling the villagers that he broke up his in-laws' marriage because he felt burdened by his in-laws in order to protect the face of his daughter who suddenly returned to her hometown. But the reason for the breakup of Han Geum-ju lies elsewhere. On the eve of their breakup, Han Geum-joo saw Joo-yeop (Yu Eui-tae), her ex-boyfriend, buying a pregnancy test machine, cheated on her, and even found out that she was trying to abandon her. Seo Eui-jun, a psychiatrist who was popular in Seoul, is now the head of the Bocheon Bogaji Station and was called the "Bocheon Seo-nim" amid the great welcome of the villagers. The two, who faced each other again in a polar situation, showed signs of a once-close relationship even in a short war of nerves, adding to their curiosity about their past relationship.
After the reunion, Han Geum-ju, who drank too much for a while, woke up in an unfamiliar space the next morning and was embarrassed to see Seo Eui-joon limping next to him. He turned to Han Geum-ju, who was confused by an unexpected situation. "You really need to stop drinkingSeo Eui-jun's words saying " made me even more curious about the previous night's events.
In this way, 'Please Take Care of Drink' melts the story of Korean liquor in a friendly space called Bocheon Village, attracting attention with various episodes taking place in the village and homecoming full of the twists and turns of Korean liquor from the first broadcast. In addition, the five actors' natural acting, delicately embodied directing, and unpredictable ending were added, raising curiosity about future developments.
