Lee Jung-jae’s Artist Studio Teams Up with UK’s Imaginarium for K-pop Spy Project ‘Secret Idol’

Artist Studio will work with Britain's leading high-end studio Imaginarium Productions to jointly develop a live-action film of the global K-pop spy project 'Secret Idol' (tentative). 'Secret Idol' tells the story of a secret agent who infiltrates as a K-pop trainee, fighting fierce competition behind the scenes and against global criminal organizations. It presents an unprecedented and original world view that combines the reality of the K-pop industry with the tension of the high-teen spy action.
In particular, the artist studio is working on a production strategy from the stage of story development in relation to Imagineerium Productions and 'Secret Idol'. It is also accelerating global collaboration by opening up the possibility of expanding global distribution and production partners, along with discussions about casting Hollywood actors.
Imaginarium Productions is a 2011 production company co-founded by actor and director Andy Serkis and producer Jonathan Cavendish of the 'Bridget Jones' series, famous for the gollum of 'Lord of the Rings' and 'Escape of the Planet of the Apes'. He has produced the Netflix series 'The Bastard Son & The Devil Himself', 'Brilliant Minds' and 'Death and Nightingales' as well as films such as 'Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle', 'Next Goal Wins', 'Brid' and 'The Legal'. It has strengths in performance capture and technology-based storytelling, and is currently preparing to produce Warner Bros. and Lord of the Rings prequel 'The Hunt for Gollum'.
Artist Studio was in charge of the content production division of global star Lee Jung-jae, who recently became a general entertainment company, and drew attention by establishing an all-in-one system that encompasses content production, distribution, and broadcasting.
The artist studio is drawing keen attention to a new paradigm to present to the global entertainment market through the 'Secret Idol project, which launched a global collaboration with global stars Lee Jung-jae and Imagineering Productions.
