On the 26th, a video titled 「Actress Kim Nam-joo's Secret Garden in Samseong-dong」 was released on Kim Nam-joo's YouTube channel. In the video, Kim Nam-joo introduced his country house garden in Samseong-dong, Seoul, looking back on the past 20 years.
Kim Nam-joo "I have a deep affection for this house while getting married and having children. I don't intend to do construction or move. Should the kids move to Villa?' I don't think there's anywhere more comfortable and familiar than here." He then recalled the memories, "'Children's friends often came to visit and held barbecue parties often'
However, life with a garden was not just romantic. He said "You can do it because you like it. We live with rats and cockroaches. I can't help it because it's a house." He also confessed his realistic grievances honestly. Especially "One day, my husband dropped a hamburger while eating it, and a baby mouse came to eat the piece. After that, I never spill food." He told the anecdote cheerfully, drawing laughter.
Kim Nam-joo said "This house means so much to me. There are some uncomfortable parts because it is old, but I am satisfied because I can enjoy the garden. On days when I don't have work, I don't go out of the house and spend time in the garden." Also "My bragging is old stuff. Most of the staff members working together as well as the house are more than 20 years old. The manager is 30 years old. I'm happy to be together for a long time."
Meanwhile, Kim Nam-joo and Kim Seung-woo purchased an 80 pyeong house in Samseong-dong for about 2 billion won under Kim Nam-joo's name in 2003. More than 20 years later, the market price of the house is known to be about 16 billion won to 17 billion won.
