Milanonna, Korea's 'Milano Design International Student No. 1', was inspired by world-renowned designer Valentino Garavani and went on a journey to study after her marriage in 1978. In the meantime, he was in charge of designing costumes for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1986 Asian Games, but design fees were not included in the costume budget. Milanonna confidently demanded the design fee, saying, `I'll rip these clothes apart.' As a result of this incident, she became the first designer to proudly receive design fees from the Korean national reserve fund. Milanona also brought Italian luxury brands to Korea for the first time in the early 1990s, utilizing her experience studying in Milan and expertise as a fashion worker. This was the beginning of the creation of a department store Italian luxury museum.
Milanonna expressed his belief that "the sharing man is really rich"." In fact, Milanonna is spending her money on YouTube revenue, advertising model fees, and book royalties for children in need. Her life, which enjoyed a splendid heyday, marked a turning point in 1995 with the collapse of Sampoong Department Store.
