NEW Expands Repanition Library..Miyazaki Hayao Wind Valley's Naushika Reopening

The NEW film division, which has established a variety of IP libraries in partnership with leading domestic and foreign content/platform partners, has built a series of Pokémon theaters, as well as 'The First Slam Dunk' and 'HiQ in theaters!! It proved its box office competitiveness by introducing Japanese animations such as 'Duel of the Garbage Patch'.
Through this agreement, the NEW Film Business Department will release major works of Studio Ghibli, which boasts a high degree of perfection with craftsmanship, and expand the reproduction library.
The two companies plan to hold a Studio Ghibli Special Exhibition to re-release various lineups, including Studio Ghibli's early works. The first to be released in June 'Nausica of the Wind Valley' is a work about the fateful struggle of Nausica, a mysterious girl who dreams of the coexistence of nature and humans on a devastated earth, and is considered one of director Hayao Miyazaki's representative works.
Reintroduced in domestic theaters in 25 years, 'Nowsika of the Wind Valley' will re-examine the value of well-made animation and captivate audiences with artistic perfection and in-depth messages. Since then, many globally loved works such as 'Mononoke Hime' and 'Saint Laputa' are expected to be released sequentially, continuing the popularity of remanimation in theaters.
