On the morning of the 15th, a production presentation for T-Cast E-Channel 'Ryu Student Eo Nam-seon' was held at CineCube Gwanghwamun in Jongno-gu, Seoul. Ryu Soo-young, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Kihyun attended the meeting to talk about the program.
Ryu really tried not to look like "Celebrity Boating"As it is said that if you become king, you will dig into a pond and float a ship, you will be cautious because luxurious filming abroad can be seen uncomfortable."
Then "I woke up at dawn, prepared, visited the site, had meetings, filmed, and repeated the schedule of grocery shopping and cooking myself."I wanted to show the reality and sincerity of the food that the viewers didn't feel, rather than having a hard time."He confessed.
'Ryu student Eo Nam-seon' features Ryu Soo-young, Yoon Kyung-ho, and Ki-hyun's journey to experience local side dishes abroad and create new dishes by adding their own touches to the recipe. Ryu Soo-young traveled to various countries, including Portugal, Sicily, and Brunei, to experience the authenticity hidden in each country's food culture firsthand.
He said "Local chefs also love Korean food. There was a young chef who made his own ice cream using kimchi"I felt that our food was inspiring worldwide," he said.
We also considered recipes so that "Korean food can be naturally mixed with foreign food without stopping from the traditions of the past."It is one of my dreams to spread Korean food widely. Like pizza and pasta, we want our food to be universal."
