'Deep Dive Korea: Song Ji-hyo's Haenyeo Adventure' (hereinafter 'Deep Dive Korea') is a documentary program about Song Ji-hyo's journey to challenge haenyeo material in Jeju and form a true bond with them.
When Song Ji-hyo first received the project proposal for "Deep Dive Korea", she felt that "Oh, this is mine". I wish no one would do it if it wasn't me. I'm acting and I've been doing entertainment shows for over 10 years, but it wasn't fun because I've been on a routine repeatedly. When I felt skeptical, I got a documentary cast"It's even a haenyeo's story, it's a sea story, and one of my family members did a haenyeo in Pohang, so I accepted it with a sense of fate."
Song Ji-hyo is currently serving as CEO of an underwear brand as well as acting and entertainment. He said, `The reason I started my business is because I wanted to live a fun life and get more and more.' `As the years went by, fewer and fewer people were telling me something. In that respect, I really wanted to participate in 'Deep Dive Korea' as well," he stressed.
Meanwhile 'Deep Dive Korea' will premiere on JTBC at 12 p.m. on the 15th.
