The special presidential special officer Wave will help conveniently use the election by gathering key contents such as news provided by various broadcasters such as terrestrial, general programming, and press channels, candidate debates, and vote counting broadcasts in one place. Not only live viewing but also VOD service is provided, so you can check the main contents without missing them even in your busy daily life.
Wave also features election-related documentaries and current affairs liberal arts programs to deliver in-depth information. Users can easily access the special hall through large banners on the Wave Home screen and curated content bands related to elections.
In particular, on June 3, when the main vote is held, the demand for real-time viewing such as news reports and counting broadcasts is expected to surge, so Wave plans to make all-out efforts to manage traffic for stable streaming until late at night.
Kim Kyung-ran, head of Wave Programming Group, said "Wave serves the majority of channels that provide differentiated election broadcasts."We will do our best to make it easier for users to access various information such as news live, candidate discussions, and documentaries."," he said.
