The application period for the open recruitment of new MBC employees is from 10 a.m. on August 19 to 4 p.m. on September 1, and applications are only available on the MBC recruitment website.
This open recruitment is in a total of eight fields, including △ reporters △ video reporters △ content strategy PD (programming PD) △ entertainment PD △ current affairs liberalization PD △ broadcasting management △ broadcasting technology (personnel) △ media engineer (broadcasting technology), and there are no restrictions on the age, educational background, gender, and nationality of applicants, and they should be able to work from December.
The recruitment process will consist of document screening, written screening, competency interviews, multi-faceted in-depth interviews, and final interviews, and the final successful candidates will join the company in December. The written screening is not a 'general knowledge' question, but a multiple-choice 'basic job literacy evaluation' similar to the NCS (job suitability test) used by public enterprises, etc., and the ' essay/writing' test is conducted for each recruitment field. The multi-faceted in-depth interview evaluates the practical competence of the applicant through the performance of various job-related tasks.
