Actor Lee Mi-do participated in the fitness competition for the first time in the drama 「24 o'clock Health Club」.

Lee Mi-do played Rosa in KBS2's Wednesday-Thursday drama 『24:00 Health Club" (scripted by Kim Ji-soo, directed by Park Joon-soo and Choi Yeon-soo), which aired on the 7th and 8th.

In the last broadcast, Rosa traded with Do Hyun-joong (Lee Joon-young) over attracting new members. After many twists and turns, Hyun-joong kept his position as director, and Rosa went to the fitness competition. It was because they should prove with their bodies who are essential to the gym. However, Rosa, who was preparing for the competition, faced a crisis when her foot was stamped on the original. To make matters worse, he faced a young trainer at a rival fitness club and his self-esteem as well as his confidence was dampened.




For a moment, Rosa had to keep the '24 o'clock gym'. Rosa said "I'll never give up on our gym. This is where he first believed in me,' he said, adding that only the first director Dong Han-cheol (Choi Moo-sung) believed in him when he had nowhere to go as a trainer. Rosa's life philosophy, which is serious about sports, was also revealed. Rosa, who always understands the member's position first, said "It is the basics of a trainer to sympathize with the member's mind, and the knowledge that any human being should have."

Rosa and Hyun-joong always bickered when they met, but secretly recognized each other's skills. Rosa took the stage in the fitness competition with the sincere support from Hyun-jung, "Mr. Rosa is the best player I've ever seen." The limp bridge changed to a confident walk. Rosa, who met the water, showed her strong muscles with her powerful yet elegant pogging. Even in an unexpected situation where the music was stopped, he naturally continued to pose alone and showed what the audience was.

Rosa won the contest in her first competition, shouting `I'm so cool.' Although he did not win the prize, he became more interested in sports as he advanced to the finals. Rosa responded to Hyun-joong, saying, "When is the next competition. It's just the beginning." It seemed that the 'Hellchikan' aspect had been transferred to Rosa. Rosa's appearance on her back with "self-esteem (confidence given by muscles)" aroused the desire for exercise.




As such, Lee Mi-do has a high synchro rate with the character in the play, a health trainer, and shows off her ability to digest 'stick' every time. In particular, he drew sympathy from viewers by depicting him hesitating to participate in the competition for realistic reasons such as age.
