In the 14th episode of JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Good Boy' (directed by Shim Na-yeon, scripted by Lee Dae-il), Yoon Dong-ju (Park Bo-gum) is facing a crisis that could lose her sight due to the aftereffects of boxing, while internal spies, betrayal, and unexpected twists surrounding evil Min Ju-young (Oh Jung-se) unfolded nonstop.
In the broadcast on the same day, a special force team raided Geummun Central City, the base of drug smuggling cartels, but Min Ju-young succeeded in escaping by taking advantage of the police task force and reporters. Yoon Dong-ju, who was chasing Min Ju-young, who left the car with the help of Inseong Mayor (Seongji-ru), who was waiting at the scene, was beaten by Oh Jong-gu (Jung Man-sik)'s surprise punch and eventually lost sight and collapsed.
Yun Dong-ju, who regained consciousness, has already been warned of a blindness crisis. The worsening symptoms, such as vomiting, dizziness, and relaxation of legs, were depicted realistically, shocking viewers. Commissioner Cho Pan-yeol, who was staying at the National Police Agency for the arrest of Min Ju-young, was taken hostage, and Lee Jong-hoon (Han Sang-bin), a detective of Kwangsu University, who was identified as an insider spy, was finally found as a cold body, and 'Good Boy' predicted a storm ahead of the end of the show.
Meanwhile, the 14th episode of 'Good Boy' broke its own highest ratings once again, recording 6.9% in the Seoul metropolitan area and 6.6% nationwide (Nilson Korea, based on paid households).
