Netflix held a production presentation for the new original series 'Eunjung and Sangyeon' (played by Song Hye-jin and directed by Cho Young-min) at a hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 5th. Director Cho Young-min, Kim Go-eun and Park Ji-hyun attended the event.
Park Ji-hyun said "I was a senior who I liked and respected Ko-eun so much, and I envied her rather than jealous. Jealousy and envy are different and I think they are similar emotions, but I admit and accept that I envy them, and I tried to imitate them a lot. If you copy and learn there, won't you be able to become like that someday? I learned a lot with that thought, and my sister led me a lot. I respect you so much. He said, "I respect and love you so much, I'm a senior, sister, and colleague."
Kim Go-eun said "I'm not even a few years older, but I'm called respectful" and "I was so grateful that Ji-hyun gave me so much energy that I wondered if I could be loved like this. But I've said a lot of good things, but to talk about resentment, I get swollen easily when I'm tired. But Jihyun doesn't swell up. We filmed together, but I didn't swell up, and I was the only one who swelled up, so I was resentful of Jeon and this scene because their faces popped out. 'What is it? Why isn't it swollen? We worked hard together. Why am I the only one who has a hard time on my face?'I did it.'"
Eunjung and Sangyeon is a work that tells the story of two friends who like and admire each other the most at every moment, and who are jealous, hateful, and intertwined throughout their lives. Do you like Brahms?', Director Cho Young-min, who directed Understanding Love, directs and captures the narratives of two friends who constantly pass each other's lives from their teens to their 40s. Kim Go-eun and Park Ji-hyun are expected to express delicate changes in emotions by decomposing them into Eunjung and Sangyeon, respectively, and complete complex emotions that anyone would have felt at least once, such as admiration and jealousy, centering on friendship.
Eunjung and the Performance will be released on Netflix on the 12th.
