Ko Geon-han caught the attention of viewers with his unique slick acting and realistic licorice play, breaking down into Choi Woo-sik's cousin and self-proclaimed rival Jang Eung-soo in 'Universe Meri'. In the first and second episodes, he revitalized the atmosphere of the play by drawing laughter with a subtle war of nerves with Choi Woo-sik (played by Kim Woo-ju), a fantastic tiki-taka with Baek Ji-won (played by Mi-yeon), and a wild reaction.
In the 3rd and 4th sessions, he created tension by cleverly pressing space for the 'Marketing Team Leader' position or asking about his relationship with the CEO of the design company. However, he does not lose his unexpected charm. The wink that keeps Mi-yeon in check at the family meal, "When the universe leaves, " is a timid and scared child. He added a three-dimensional effect to the character with subtle affection, even revealing his childhood, "When I hit thunder, I only held dolls."
In the fifth and sixth episodes, Mi-yeon, who forgot her birthday, was criticized, but she revealed the true value of a scene stealer in which 'mipsang + warmth' coexists with Mi-yeon's words cleverly sympathizing with the words behind the universe. At the company, Woo-joo's presence is imprinted as a real character mixed with desire and humanity, sneaking out her ambition to reappear as a marketing team leader whenever she makes a mistake.
While `Universe Meri' has become richer due to Ko Geon-han's licorice performance, viewers' expectations are high on"Universe Meri" which airs at 9:50 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
On the other hand, Ko Geon-han is completing a solid filmography by establishing himself as a scene stealer regardless of genre in 'Gyeryong Seonnyeojeon', 'Those Who Read the Heart of Evil', 'People's Death Penalty Vote', 'Sweet Home', and 'Crime City 3'.
